What we collect

When you send an RFQ or register as a factory or vendor, we receive what you type into the form and any file you attach: name, company, country, email, product spec, quantity, destination and notes. We do not ask for phone numbers or payment details.

How forms are delivered

Forms are delivered by email through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form delivery service. Site statistics come from Cloudflare Web Analytics and Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics, which use cookies or similar technology to count visits.

Who sees your RFQ

Your RFQ is shared with up to 3 factories whose capability fits your spec, so they can quote you. If you ask for an NDA, we sign it before anything is shared. Factory and vendor registrations are not published and are used only to match RFQs.

Retention and deletion

We keep RFQ and registration emails for up to 3 years to handle repeat orders, then delete them. To see, correct or delete your data, email sales at cococharcoalvn.com.
